Shipping Notice: We Ship Experdited 3-5 days to the USA, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii only

Hawaii Residents Using Expedited Shipping, please allow up to 10 days for your delivery.

To use other shipping method from the table below, place your order and send us an email to update your shipping method, a paypal invoice would be sent out to you by email to pay the additional shipping cost to speed-up delivery

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APOs, and FPOs. OEM and/or Academic products are not available as part of our shipping service.

Any address corrections made in transit or after shipment has occured will be invoiced a $6.00 fee, or $10.00 for Air shipments. .

IMPORTANT: Our company does not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Most in-stock items usually ship within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been processed.

Un-Deliverable Mail Notice: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we will charge the shipping fee for re-sending the package. If we typed the wrong address, we will re-ship the order without any additional fees. If an order is returned to us undelivered, we will reship the order as long as the original shipping cost is paid again. We will notify you via e-mail and you must confirm the shipping address. We can upgrade the shipping to a faster service for an additional charge, however it may take up to 2 business days to process your shipment. If the order is undeliverable or you choose not to reship your order, it will be returned to stock and a credit will be applied to your account, less a 15% restocking fee, and less any additional carrier charges.

Oversize and Overweight Items: TVs, DVD Players, Notebook Bags, etc.. and overweight/oversize products may not ship using the rates listed above. We will email you with the actual shipping charge for the shipment. The charges will be based on the weight and size of the package plus the method of shipping selected. Because product weights, dimensions and/or value vary greatly, we are unable to offer pre-calculated shipping charges at this time. Instead, we will calculate shipping charges based on actual carrier rates depending on order weight and value

If your ordered item is delicate, we would email you an advice alternate shipping method we use plus the appropriate invoice to consider.

Returns Notice: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will NOT be issued for any reason other than for the return of a defective item for replacement. Returns for stock adjustment purposes will not be accepted.

All products are covered by manufacturers warranty. If your title is defective, contact our Customer Services Department by Email within 20 days of the invoice date to obtain an RMA.

If granted an RMA, the following rules apply:

1, Returns must include all original packaging.
2, All returned products must be shipped in the same or a comparable shipping container to guarantee the return is received in sellable condition. If the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method selected, will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the Customer for the return.
3, The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the packaging.
4, Defective products will be replaced with the same product type after the returned product is received by our warehouse.

Defective products will be tested by the Support Engineers. If your item is determined not to be defective, has the right to deny the return. will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the Customer for the return. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to us.

If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, will NOT process the return. The Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to us.

If an item is returned as “Undeliverable” you will be contacted. If you would like to have the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges and any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier. If you do not wish to have the package re-sent, we will issue a credit for the total price of the product(s) you ordered minus a restocking fee and any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier.

Restocking Fees: has the sole discretion of assessing a restocking fee on returns. Restocking fees are assessed at a rate of 25% of the product cost or $3.00, whichever is greater. does NOT offer price protection. Due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date.
