Returns Policy

Returns Policy


Please familiarize yourself with our return policy.

Return Policy: All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your title is defective, contact our support department at admin@electronicsunison.com (within 30 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. Electronicsunison.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging.

A Return Authorization (RA) Number is Only issued on media defective Merchandise for Replacement!
A Return Authorization number may be obtained by sending an email to admin@electronicsunison.com. Please be prepared to provide the following return information when requesting a Return Authorization number: Your original purchase order number and/or the invoice number the item was purchased on, the quantity and model number(s) of items to be returned, and the reason for return.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise
Returns should be shipped prepaid to the address emailed to you by Electronics Unison, Inc Returns Dept. Include a copy of your invoice. Please note your Return Authorization number on the outside of the packing box. Insure all returns at full value (including when using U.S Mail).

*Electronics Unison, Inc is not responsible for returns not received at our warehouse.

*All Return Authorizations not received within 30 days of being issued will be cancelled.

*Please remove the battery from all electronic items before shipping and place in return parcel(cordless telephone handsets).

*If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, Electronics Unison, Inc will not process the return.

 

Defective Returns
Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. Electronics Unison, Inc will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging.

Merchandise Replacement
A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a media defective item for replacement. 

Returns Shipping Condition
All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition.

Refund or Credit
If you select to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, Electronicsunison.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting you for the return.

Manufacturer Warranties
If merchandise is found defective outside the Electronics Unison, Inc 30 day return period, you should refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Most warranty instructions are outlined in the product Owner’s Manual. Should the merchandise fail within the manufacturer’s warranty period, the warranty exists between you and the manufacturer. If you choose to return the equipment, you should return it to the appropriate factory for repair. Return the defective unit directly to the factory. Electronics Unison, Inc does not handle repairs.

International Orders
You are responsible for return freight, Taxes, Duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to Electronics Unison, Inc.

Specific Manufacturer Policies
(This is not an exhaustive list!)
- Panasonic facsimile machines are repair only
- Panasonic IP cameras are repair only
- Panasonic BTS cordless telephones are repair only (KX-TD7680/7684/7690/7694/7896)
- All defective Panasonic Business Telephone equipment must meet OUT OF THE BOX INITIAL FAILURE REQUIREMENTS. Panasonic will not accept any returns without prior approval from Panasonic’s Tech Support. The name of the Panasonic technician must be included on the BTS Model Return Report when units are returned.
- M-etech UK Ltd requires an RMA Call Log number in order to return defective merchandise to Electronics Unison. Call M-etech UK Ltd at ++44844-884-9645.
- NEC BTS kits: if equipment from a kit is defective, only that item will be replaced, not the entire kit.
- RCA telephones are repair only.

Please note: Electronics Unison, Inc doesn't offer price protection. Due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date.
